In Radiant Security’s early days, I took the lead on launching our first customer knowledge base. I designed and built it from the ground up in HubSpot, writing over 50 articles to guide users through onboarding and initial setup, making sure they had clear, actionable guidance from day one.

When we rebranded in June, I led the full migration from HubSpot to GitBook. This wasn’t just a copy-paste move—I restructured and redesigned the content to reflect our updated voice and visual identity, while also making the docs easier to navigate for users.
